The design of Centric House is to capture all the natural light coming from the south-facing garden while maintaining privacy for its occupants. Notice how the whole of the downstairs is open-planned to keep an uninterrupted view towards the rear of the dwelling.

Willow Lane is located in Loughton Milton Keynes, the building is currently situated next to the Talbot Inn pub and is a derelict old telephone exchange Building. The Brief is to demolish the derelict building and create a beautiful, one-bedroom house, the site is very restrictive which is why the team at M.W.A.D designed the internal courtyard instead of the typical garden to the rear of the property. Notice how you can see from one end of the building to the other with no interruptions of walls.
